This week`s recipe is all about delicious goodness and savory treats for the last warm days until the autumn is official settling in. Right now it is still warm and nice outside, sunny and just a great time for some walks in nature, going to the beach and of course perhaps even a wonderful walk in the forest, which can all be so soothing, calming and relaxing too. Today`s smoothie is a wonderful combination of creamy and dreamy, sweet and sour and amazing nutrition in a green recipe. Incorporating more greens, which are super beneficial for our overall well being and health can be super easy and simple to make, and very creative and interesting at the same time.

For this recipe we are going to use the following ingredients:
1 large avocado
2-3 kiwis
1 cup mixed greens (such as valerian, baby spinach, romaine lettuce)
juice of 1-2 lemons
2-3 tbsp wheat grass powder.
We add all the ingredients together with about one cup of water (more or less depending on which consistency you might be preferring for your smoothies in general) to a blender and blend them until we get a smooth and creamy consistency. When the smoothie is ready, we can take it out of the blender and pour it into some nice looking jars or glasses of choice. This smoothie tastes absolutely divine. It can be served right away, or it can also be kept in the fridge in a sealed jar for up to two days.
