Coconut Yogurt Layered Cake

Today`s recipe is a super delicious and nutritious dessert, it is super simple, easy and fun to make, and of course it tastes absolutely divine. I combined two layers for the final presentation of the cake, but the layers can also be the final cake by themselves. I have tried this as well, combined with the yogurt cream and is just as good as the combination of both options. Feel free to add any other spices that you might be finding useful to this recipe, and of course make it your own, so that it perfectly fits your own unique and individualized preferences. For this recipe we are going to use the following ingredients:

White Cake Base

3-4 tbsp coconut flour

3-4 tbsp coconut flakes

2-3 tbsp agave nectar

2-3 tbsp melted coconut butter

1-2 tbsp psyllium husk and 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup water.

Brown Cake Base

3-4 tbsp carob powder

3-4 tbsp flax seeds flour

2-3 tbsp agave nectar

2-3 tbsp melted coconut butter

1-2 tbsp psyllium husk and 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup water.

We mix the ingredients for each cake base into a bowl of choice and stir well with a spoon until we get a thick and sticky consistency. The psyllium husk is great for holding everything together and for thickening the composition at the same time. After the layers are ready we transfer the composition to a container of choice and layer them on top of each other. Last thing is making the coconut creamy yogurt to pour on top of our cake. For this we are going to need the following ingredients:

3-4 tbsp veggie yogurt

3-4 tbsp coconut flakes

2-3 tbsp agave nectar.

We mix all the ingredients together and then we pour the coconut flavored yogurt on top of our delicious cake, sprinkle some more coconut flakes as well as some coconut sugar for even more sweetness and a super cute look for our beautiful layered cake.
