Raw Vegan Rosemary Bread

I have decided that today I am going to share with you a super delicious and nutritious raw vegan bread recipe. I haven`t really tried to make raw vegan bread until just recently, but now I just wanted to give it a try. I have made before raw vegan crackers or vegan and gluten free breads or buns, so now I just thought it would be interesting to try to make raw vegan bread too. I usually use rice cakes or corn cakes which are a pretty healthy option, but I wanted to go one step further and try out something even healthier, home made and also great for digestion. Yum! Making raw vegan bread is pretty easy and simple, it just requires a few ingredients and of course some seasonings of choice.

For this recipe we are going to use the following ingredients:

1 cup sunflower seeds or sunflower seeds flour

1/2 cup mixed seeds

2-3 tbsp rosemary

2-3 tbsp olive oil

2-3 tbsp psyllium husk.

We transfer all the ingredients into a bowl of choice, add somewhere around 1/2 cup to 1 cup of water and mix them all together until we get a sticky and thick consistency. Then, we can make the bread into shapes of our choice and now we just have to allow it to sit for a few hours so that the psyllium husk absorbs all the liquid from the mixture and makes it firm. I places mine in little rectangular containers and allowed it to sit in the fridge over night in order to get the desired consistency. The next day, I took the bread our of the fridge, sprinkled it with some more rosemary and mixed seeds and served it with a super delicious and nutritious green salad.
