Simply Delicious Salad Dressing

I started to love making salad dressings during the last couple of months. Those recipes can be super filling and nutritious, especially when we are using all kinds of plant based goodies and spices. Sounds like fun! I am really enjoying playing around with different textures and ingredients and that is why today I am going to share with you a super simple and delicious recipe for a dressing that simply tastes divine. All that we need in order to make this recipe is a knife, a blender and of course our delicious and nutritious ingredients. Lets get started, shall we?

For this recipe we are going to need the following ingredients:

2 avocados

1-2 tomatoes

3-4 cloves of garlic

juice of one lemon

oregano

cold pressed olive oil

3-4 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes.

All we have to do now is add all the ingredients to the blender, add as much water as needed in order to get our desired consistency (anything between 1/2 cup to 1 cup of water should work just fine). I like my dressing creamier so that is why I try to add as little water as possible so that I get a rich but still creamy and delightful texture. This amazing dressing can be served right away or it can be kept into the fridge in a sealed container for up to 2-3 days. Yum!
