There is definitely something unique and special about this time of the year, and of course, one of those amazing magic aspects is being able to enjoy all kinds of lovely and delighting decorations that are present just all over the place. No matter if we do decide to decorate our own homes or the places that we usually spend most time, there is an enormous abundance of decoration in the neighborhoods, on the streets and for sure in the market places, shopping centers and so on. I think that even if we choose a minimalist approach we can still be fully enjoying the cheer and wonder of the winter holiday season. Its just divine. Christmas lights are also all over the city now and all over the neighborhood and they do look pretty nice and joyful too. While there are many ethical aspects when in comes to the Christmas tree ideas, for all the other decorations it is simple a great source of joy, wonder, magic and cheer, which is great. For this weeks post I am going to focus on just Christmas decorations and I am not going to dive into the Christmas tree practices.

This year I have got myself on a pretty minimalist approach, but I am still celebrating Christmas in my heart and I am also listening to nice Christmas songs or watching Christmas movies, which is just cheerful and super fun. Some of those can be quiet inspiring and also filled with timeless wisdom and joy. I am also mostly diving into reading Christmas stories, I have got myself a few Christmas story books and I have been reading them all through out this month, I also think of them as a part of the Christmas spirit after all and guess what they also make great decorations, and can still be kept for next years celebrations. As when it comes to the house, I have been getting some nice Christmas decorations like the ones from this image above, and of course I have also got myself a nice and cute Poinsettia which I hope will last even after this holiday season. I have placed it right at the entrance so that you are instantly being greeted by it as you enter the house and get that feeling of Christmas. Last but not least I am also looking forward to placing some Christmas lights around the house and that would be it for this years decorations.
