Today I am going to share with you two wonderful , super delicious and nutritious, healing and fulfilling breakfast options. Breakfast is the fist meal of the day, and no matter if you decide to have it early in the morning or somewhere closer to the midday instead, it is just super important to focus on the quality and benefits that the foods that we choose bring into our lives. For me it is best to have breakfast anywhere around 3-4 hours after I wake up so that would be between 10 and 12 to be more precise, as I like to allow my body to just have a few more fasting hours. You may just have to experiment in order to be able to find the best interval that works for you personaly, of course if you dont already know that and in case you have already found an interval that is the best for own unique needs, that is just great, keep doing what works best for you!

For the two options that I am going to share with you today its all about smoothie goodness and chia pudding divine textures and tastes. Those two options are my absolute two favorites and they are my most go to meals in the morning, or simply for breakfast. They are super easy to make, super filling and nutritious and they are easy on the digestive system as well, which is great since we do want to give our bodies some time to start the digestive fire and be able to process things properly. When it comes to the chia puddings I love coconut chia budding and berries pudding, the recipes are pretty simple: chia seeds, nut milk, coconut flakes and berries. Sometimes I might add some coconut butter, for some super healthy and nutritious fats, or some spices such as cinnamon for an even more appealing taste. The second option would be smoothies. Smoothies of course are always great as they are super easy to make, they taste divine and they are also great on the go. My favorite options for smoothies would be green smoothies and berry smoothies. The recipes here are also super simple and super delicious and nutritious: greens, bananas, protein powder (I love a mix with maca and cacao) or berries, nut milk, protein powder. Sometimes I might add coconut butter for even more goodness, or some MCT powder for a powerful energy boost or just some simple coconut oil or spices such as vanilla or cinnamon.

Feel free to share those delicious and nutritious breakfast recipes and tips with your lovely friends and family members and enjoy getting healthy together. Making healthy and fulfilling choices on a day to day basis is a habit just like any other habit and it requires repetition in order to became second nature, but as soon as our bodies and our minds get used to the new habit, then everything unfolds naturally, in a healthy, balanced way. I truly believe that when we take care of our bodies and nourish ourselves with the most nutritious and fulfilling plant based foods available to us at all times, then we are really able to reach our full potential and live life to its fullest. Life is made to be lived with a sense of purpose and meaning, and by practicing conscious eating we are bringing meaning and purpose into our lives, therefore redefining our sense of health and well being in general and living a happy, healthy and fulfilling life as a result.
