Today is all about a super delicious and nutritious smoothie, packed with healthy fats from coconut and cashews, antioxidants from berries and of course as I simply adore coconuts, topped with coconut flakes as well for a little bit more texture and a yum feeling. There are just a few ingredients needed for this amazing smoothie so it is really easy to make, and we only need a blender in order to make it super creamy and smooth.
Here are the ingredients that we are going to need:
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup of blackberries, or any other berries of choice
1/4 cup of cashews
1-2 tbs of coconut butter
3/4 to 1 cup of almond / coconut / other nut milk of choice
optional vanilla or cinnamon
coconut flakes and cashews to decorate on top and a few berries as well.

We use the blender to mix all the ingredients together until we get the desired consistency, keeping in mind that, of course, if we want to get a thicker or thinner consistency, we can just simply adjust the quantity of nut milk that we add to our mixture. Then, once our smoothie is ready, we can finally add the toppings and decorations, once our smoothie is poured in our glass or recipient of choice, and it can be served right away, or kept in the refrigerator for up to 1 to 2 days.
