Today is all about goodness and deliciousness and some nice ideas for breakfast. I honestly serve breakfast a little bit later, so sometimes its actually closer to a so called “brunch” from an hourly perspective, but I still call it breakfast simply because its my first meal of the day. So, now that you have some context I will walk you through my favourite mix for a super crunchy breakfast, which actually contains a fluffy pudding, super delicious and nutritious as a base, and then lots of crispy, crunchy and delightful topics that are just going to make you scream for more. Yum!
For the base of this recipe we are going to need to make the pudding, which is actually a mix of the following ingredients, super simple and easy to make:
oat flakes (great source of fibre)
chia seeds (great source of omegas and healthy fats)
nut milk (coconut, almond or any other nut milk of your choice)
We mix all the ingredients together into our bowl of choice, and then we can add a liquid sweetener of choice or, for even more texture and goodness, we can actually use some raisins or dates. I honestly love them both as they give it all a nice flavour.

Last but not least, we add some super delicious and nutritious berries, on top of our pudding, and of course our amazing and nutritious crunchy topics. Those toppings can be any or a mix of any of the following:
coconut chips / flakes
granola, a mix of dried fruits and seeds
nuts, seeds or a musli mix
cinnamon, chocolate, vannilla, or any flavours you would like to add to your delicious breakfast bowl.

Making healthy and fulfilling choices on a day to day basis is a habit just like any other habit and it requires repetition in order to became second nature, but as soon as our bodies and our minds get used to the new habit, then everything unfolds naturally, in a healthy, balanced way. I truly believe that when we take care of our bodies and nourish ourselves with the most nutritious and fulfilling plant based foods available to us at all times, then we are really able to reach our full potential and live life to its fullest.
