
Greens are a wonderful choice for essential vitamins, minerals and lots of other nutrients. Greens are definitely a nutrient dense food and also a great source of fiber, chlorophyll, antioxidants and those foods can be found in so many stores. They are affordable and easy to incorporate in a healthy and amazing lifestyle. Even for people who are not used to eating greens daily, those delicious leafy goods can be easily mixed with fruits into smoothies or topped with creamy and savory nut dressings and dips to make them taste absolutely delicious.
This spinach creamy and delicious spread can be made with the following ingredients:
150 g pine nuts
1 cup water
1 tsp spirulina powder
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 small onion
1 small piece of ginger
1 cup of spinach.
We use a blender to mix those ingredients until we have a creamy and smooth consistency. We put our spinach spread in a nice bowl and then we decorate it with some pine nuts, hemp seeds, sprouts and some spirulina powder.

We can enjoy it by itself or we can use it as a topping for a delicious veggie salad, on top of some raw vegan seed crackers or even as a dip for some veggie sticks. It tastes absolutely delicious and it is so easy to make.
