Today I am going to share with you one of my favorite resources when it comes to discussing all about a conscious lifestyle, conscious eating, living and being. I know that in today`s day and age there are plenty of valuable resources out there on the internet or in physical format, and most of the times it is just all about finding the right resource that best fits into our own unique needs as individuals and as amazing human beings that we all are. Life is a journey and having a great resource for wisdom and knowledge along our way towards fully embracing healing, learning and growth is a wonderful companion. As I already said, there is a great volume of resources and people that we might get to learn something from, therefore, what I personally found to be really useful is finding the people and the resources that we truly resonate with. Its always great and useful to learn and educate ourselves, but at the end of the day, other that the input that we bring towards motivation and implementing changes, it is really all about finding the mentors so to speak that we actually resonate with. Its good to always keep in minds some other aspects such as there might be resources or people that we fully resonate with as a lifestyle and there are also people and resources from which we can learn the most on those specific areas from their lifestyle that we personally resonate with. There is no need to judge or criticize as we are all unique and amazing individuals bringing our amazing contribution to a better worlds therefore, always remember to take on what resonates with you and simply leave behind what does not. Its all about healing, learning and growth.

Therefore, on to this weeks topic, one of my favorite resources for conscious living, eating and being is a wonderful book by Dr. Gabriel Cousens, and it is called Conscious Eating. From the moment I first discovered and read the book, this was back in 2014/2015, I just simply loved all about it. I love the layout, the content, the structure and the holistic approach that the author, Dr. Gabriel Cousens, brings to this absolutely amazing book. This book brings us into such an amazing journey of understanding how our bodies work, and not only that, but also on the levels of both mind and spirit what impact our life choices can have and do have. Its a wonderful reading experience to become aware of things that we might have never thought of been thought about, things that we might though we intuitively understand and know how they go, but instead, this book is really eye opening and mind blowing in such a beautiful and profound way. While bringing together the backgrounds for choosing a conscious living and combining them with not only practical examples but also scientific studies and research in all three pillars of health and nutrition, mind, body and soul, this is in my opinion a foundational read for anyone who wants to live a holistic, conscious lifestyle and also anyone who wants to understand both the biological and the spiritual sides of living on this Earth in general. It is a big book, but it is just about enough to contain and represent the most important aspects of well being and health in a inspiring and also motivating way. I recommend this book not only to people willing to become vegan or to try out this lifestyle, but also to any human being who just wants to simply live a better life.
