Health and Well-being Resources

Today I am going to share with you some of my favorite sources of inspiration when it comes to all about nutrition, healthy eating and healthy living. Its also all about having a peaceful mind and a fit body, adjusting our mindset in order to support our transitions to embracing well-being and personal growth as well as the healing that naturally occurs both on the physical and spiritual level as a part of the journey. Two resources that I am going to share with you today are very focused on the principles of living a healthy, balanced, happy and fulfilling life based on the raw vegan and vegan ways of doing this. Then, the third resource, its a medical doctor focused on functional medicine which is also bringing lots of useful information to the general public, even though it is not focusing only on the vegan lifestyle, it is indeed a very useful resource for amazing knowledge and a better understanding of the human body and the amazing ways in which it works. By integrating both levels of mind and body, as well as of course the third dimension, the spiritual level, we are doing ourselves a great favor in moving towards better health and overall well-being in general. It is always useful to look around for resources or people who might have gone through the things that we are currently looking forward to or going through, in order to perhaps have or gain a better understanding of whats ahead of us and simply just know what we could expect in a broad sense. Of course, each experience is going to be individual and unique, but it is always great to have access to the tools and resources that can help and support us along the healing journey and even help us become better versions of ourselves with time and grace. And lots of patience and care, of course.

As always, its all about progress, not perfection, so lets get to the three amazing resources that I am happy to share with you today. First two authors and amazing humans that I would like to bring to your attention are Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram and Emily von Euw. Kristina is all about the raw vegan lifestyle which I find to be really great and inspiring and Emily is focused on both raw vegan and vegan goodies which I also find very inspiring. They both share content via their websites Fully Raw and This Rawsome Vegan Life. All the photos and recipes are absolutely amazing looking and I have also personally tried to make many of them and indeed they taste divine. What I also love are the books from both of them, great resources for lifestyle advice as well as many many nutritious and delicious recipes. You can take a look at their content and see if it helps your own Journey. Kristina is also posting great videos on youtube with both recipes and lifestyle stories. The third author that I would like to bring to your attention today is Dr. Mark Hyman. I have read many of his books and I absolutely love his advice on managing the blood sugar and avoiding modern diseases, even though I do not have health problems, I do find the info to be very useful for prevention purposes as well. Dr. Hyman also has a podcast called Doctor`s Farmacy which I also enjoy watching and find to be very useful for living and enjoying a healthy balanced life. Those are the three resources that I am super excited to share with you today as they have contributed to my own personal healing and helped me tremendously in moments I was seeking for inspiration and guidance. And of course, I am still enjoying the amazing content they continue to put out into the word and their amazing contribution to helping people heal, explore and live and lead better lives.
