Vegan Processed Foods

Today`s post is all about processed foods: the myths of purity, living a clean life and other perfectionism related topics will all be adressed in this weeks share of my thoughts and ideas of living a healthy, balanced and of course conscious life by embracing what matters most for us all: our own truths, finding what works best for our own individual and unique bodies as well as our own individual and unique lifestyles. I start on purpose this week`s post with all those ideas because I want to prepare you to just take a sit in the right mindset in order to receive what I have got to share here today. We are all looking to do good, be good, share good with the world, but sometimes the pressures and stress that we consciously or unconsciously put on ourselves or our loved ones to do things right, to be perfect or to achive a perfect, pure, 100 % clean lifestyle, might do more harm than good. Therefore I would like to invite you to take a deep breath, yes, it is still all about vegan and conscious lifestyle choices what I am about to share, but it is also about giving ourselves permission to just be in the moment and embrace the present moment as it unfolds. It is ok to be doing our best, living life to its fullest and yes, eat some processed foods from time to time if that is what we deserve. Processed food is not neccessarily the evil in this world, sometimes it can be, it can be toxic and it can mess with our sense of balance and flow, but sometimes it is just what our minds make out of it and how our minds simply interpret it and build up toxic connections around it. Therefore, deep breath and lets see what unfolds. Take your time, inform yourself and see what works best for you as an amazing and unique individual, as you learn to question limiting beliefs and work your way up to finding your truth and your sense of what matters most.

Processed foods are everywhere, they are all over the place, and for sure, some are good, some are not so good, and some are just simply toxic or bad as we like to call them. Sometimes it is about the ingredients or the composition of the food and then some other times is all about how each individual reacts to a certain food, something can be super healthy for one individual and super bad or toxic for another individual, our bodies react differently to different food types and choices and we are all unique after all, so we do have sometimes individual and unique types or reactions to specific foods. Some foods can be addictive by their nature, or manifest addictive properties in relationship to our unique traits, some foods contain allergens, therefore again reactions to those foods may make a huge difference from one individual to the next one, but the core things is here, as I like to look at it: our own unique, individual terrain. How are we actually managing those foods, how offen can we eat them and feel good, how much and how oft can our bodies manage different types of foods and which ones are the ones that are absolute no go to`s for us as again unique individuals, unique human beings? If we get to answer those questions, of course by taking the time to test and see what reactions do we get, from our minds as well as our bodies, we let go of preconceived ideas or so called truths and just get to know and embrace our own unique, individualized truth. From this point on we can actually learn and thrive by constantly focusing on not only healing, learning and growing, but actually getting to know our bodies and how they react to different types of foods and different types of setting, and this is trully and fully meaniningful and amazing.
