Hey, there! It’s summer time and I am so excited about it. Let’s talk about amazing things that we can do during the summer and enjoy ourselves as well as of course take amazing care of ourselves. So today is all about what I have read so far this summer or I am willing to read during the summer time. I also got a Bookster account so now I am not also buying but also borrowing books from this library system. This is great because every time I move I start collecting lots of books, after I give away or donate some if not most of old ones, and since its been more than three years already since I moved into the apartment that I leave in right now, I have collected so many books so far. Therefore I really have to be creative in order to make some more room. But borrowing its not also saving space but also money and resources so win, win. I haven’t been borrowing books for a long time, until this year when I did start again to use those services by it getting books from the university library for my nutrition studies, which will see how I will manage moving forward since this has definitely been a challenging year.

Going back to this weeks topic about summer reads, I did get a lot of great deal of books to read on my mind for this summer and some of the ones that I did read have been absolutely amazing so far, here are a few examples of the books that I got to read until now and I have to admit they are incredible. So I recommend that you read some of the following such as:
Pilates Anatomy by Rael Isacowitz, Karen Clippinger;
Habits of a Happy Brain by Loretta Graziano Breuning;
Fast Like a Girl by Dr Mindy Pell;
Food for Life by Tim Spector;
Outlive by Peter Attia;
Forever Strong by Gabrielle Lyon;
Unwinding Anxiety by Judson Brewer.

Most of them have resonated with me not just because they are presenting topics that I am passionate about such as nutrition, mental health and wellbeing, but I have also see that there might have been books that I have heard of, or concepts that I might have been struggling with for I while, and by reading more in depth about those topics and by having a great timing, I found it so much better and easier to incorporate those amazing principles into my own unique life and lifestyle on a day to day basis, or weekly basis, depending on the case. Just seeing how much clarity and insight a book may bring into our lives is simply fascinating for me. Sometimes there might be some resistance there and maybe we are not ready to take it all in, but there are no rules in the so called self help books or the science books, the best principle I guess would be take what fits, leave what doest, its all about individual and personalisation so that we can get that unique fit that works best for our own individual profile. Have a great summer time with your book choices for this season of the year! Enjoy!
