Well, today is a really short post. Its just about taking time to be present, enjoy ourselves, enjoy that good holiday feeling as well as allowing ourselves to just feel our feelings and emotions properly, let them come and go and be nice to ourselves as well as to other beings present in our lives, on a day to day basis. This is a time of reflection, cheer and joy, and sometimes it might feel weird, maybe because its a stressful time dues to family gatherings, or maybe its a difficult time because we are feeling lonely and overwhelmed, or maybe its just ambivalent, and we are just waiting for it all to be over, but no matter what the feeling is, we can always simply pause, take a deep breath and just give ourselves some time to rest and replenish our energy so that we can then show up as our true selves and be our best selves.

No matter if we are, or if we are not into the Christmas spirit, so to speak, we can still look out for and actually find enjoyable things to be doing then with friends and family members, or perhaps, even on our own. We do need both for a healthy emotional and social life, meaningful connections as well as time for ourselves, but, there is no need to push ourselves one way or the other. Sometimes its just best to allow things to unfold naturally and not try to push or force anything, as it may just be the best way in which actually things do end up falling into place instead of what we initially though of them falling apart. And even if it might be difficult to see it right away, just trust, have faith and enjoy this amazing journey called life, as it unfolds.
