Follow Your Unique Path

You can truly and fully do anything and everything you set your mind to. This is it, this is my go to mantra whenever I feel down, or like everything is broken down into pieces, this is my safe place, my safe space. Its not always easy to tap into that energy of possibility and opportunity, but I know, deep down, that there is a little light at the end of the tunnel of whatever overwhelming or challenging context I might be going through and that helps tremendously. And I am not saying this, or believing this just for the sake of it, but simply because what I have learned with time and practice, is that, as a matter of fact, when we truly and fully want something, we do not only articulate the object of our desire, define it as a goal, lets say, or a direction that we keep moving towards, but we also start to embrace that energy of change, we act upon our desires, and we make it happen. That is, I believe, the real magic behind it, to not only articulate what we need or desire into our amazing lives, but also to start to act upon, start to integrate it gradually, slowly, but consistently in order to make that shift, and bring the object of our desire into our lives.

Sometimes it might feel like a sense of ease and flow, as we keep moving in the right direction and just enjoy the process as it unfolds, you can call it manifesting or just simply implementing change, but it is always a learning opportunity and it is always exactly as it was meant to be. I do believe, that on a deeper level, there are no coincidences, it all happens for a reason, at a specific time, and context, and everything that unfolds into our lives is not only a learning and growth opportunity, but also, perhaps at times, a healing opportunity as well. In the right context, at the right timing, and by getting in touch with the right people, we do get to not only heal our past traumas, but also connect with another human being on a deeper level as we get to experience a true sense of belonging, connection and social support. We shouldn’t take it for granted either, and even if at times it might seem difficult to find the right people who truly and fully care for us and understand us on that deeper level, we can still keep an open mind, embrace a sense of deep faith and trust the process as it unfolds. And even when, or especially when something doesn’t work out, or doesn’t work out as we would expect it or want it to, it is still ok, we can just see it as learning in disguise, or just make a conscious choice when we experience a challenging situation to simply see it as a detour in the right direction. Even when something does not make sense in the exact moment that it is happening, in the end, with time and patience, it will make sense eventually.

Sometimes its truly hard to let go of something, or someone, especially when we put so much energy and effort into that connection and the projection that we build about how it may all unfold, but eventually it all works out for the greater good. And even when someone is being mean to us, or is trying to hurt us or our feelings, consciously, or most of the times, unconsciously, its ok to just let go, surrender, and wherever we are ready, simply forgive them for the wrong or sense of hurt that they may have brought into our lives or into our interactions, forgive ourselves, for the wrong that we may have brought into their lives and the overall interactions, and simply move on with our lives, with a sense of peace, faith and connection to our true self and our lifestyle values and beliefs. Sometimes, the best thing that we can do for ourselves, is to just let them go, let it all go and have faith that what is truly and fully meant for us will come into our lives eventually, and not only that, but it will bring us a sense of joy, peace, authentic love and connection and, on a deeper level, a true sense of meaning and flow on a day to day basis. When it is meant to be, its meant to be and no matter how hard it may seem or actually feel and be to let go of what no longer serves us, by embracing the surrender process as it unfolds, we are giving ourselves the best possible gift: the gift of self-love, compassion and kindness and that is, ultimately, what matters most.
